Specialized Services

In the course of our practice we prepare financial statements, tax returns and fiduciary filings, develop cash flow statements, install financial reporting systems and recruit financial personnel. While these responsibilities are the primary focus of our assignment, they also represent opportunities for us to expand the value of our service. For example:

* development of financial statements can disclose - to the experienced accountant - flaws in the cost accounting system, poor cash control practices, disturbing trends and many other poor, and costly business practices. We call these problems to the attention of management and suggest (and implement when requested) appropriate corrective action.
* preparation of tax returns will focus the knowledgeable preparer on opportunities for immediate savings as well as areas for long range planning to minimize the future tax burden. Tax considerations must be an essential part of your business plan.
* recruiting financial personnel offers the opportunity to work with management to define the ongoing financial requirements of the company and profile the person who can effectively address those requirements.

Where appropriate, we will institute programs to address the needs of our present clients as well as future clients. The Asset Protection for Business Owners program and the Attorney Support program are two examples.

The information we develop will be presented in plain English and in brief, clear, to-the-point summaries. We will deliver understanding and not just numbers. We will address each item in the context of your business and make clear recommendations for advisable actions.

In summary, we will discharge the assignment we are given with the highest level of completeness and professionalism while bringing added value to our client in the form of cost savings, improved controls, and heightened financial awareness.

A survey conducted by Inc Magazine in the Fall of 1997 disclosed that over 50% of Florida's smaller enterprises look to their accountant as their primary outside advisor.

We want to be your advisor!
